MANSO (Manitoba Association of Newcomer Serving Organizations) is a non-profit organization that emerges from joining two organizations, MIRSSA (Manitoba Immigrant and Refugee Settlement Sector Association), and MEALO (Manitoba English as an Additional Language Organizations.
MANSO provides support to newcomers (immigrants and refugees) sheltering the settlement service providers in Manitoba. These services target core settlement services (that include information and orientation services), housing, health and mental health, care for newcomer children and youth, language training, employment services, connections to the community, and referral to other services.
